On Friday 27 August, BNI Meridian Chapter, will be hosting the BNI BBQ - the BNI Social Event of 2010!

Gilwell Park, London E4 (the home of the Scouts), will be the venue. BNI members, clients, friends and family are invited to attend this much awaited event.

At only £15pp it's worth the short journey to this absolutely tranquil corner of London.

Blue Badge Holder?

On Tuesday 1st June, BNI Meridian recognised the outstanding commitment and achievement of one of its members.

Kim Rogers of Mobile Car Installations was presented with the BNI Notable Networker Award for his services to the Meridian Chapter.

So, Kim now proudly wears the "Blue Badge".

Well done Kim!

Congratulations to Meridian Chapter!

Figures released yesterday confirmed that the total value of business transacted by members in Meridian is now over £¼ million in just 4 months! (repeat business not included)

Many people have applied this year, here's the few accepted and welcomed as new members into Meridian:

Dave Mundy, today amazed, yes, amazed the chapter by delivering 10, yes, 10 business referrals to his fellow chapter members!

And that's what it's all about at BNI. We give referrals to each other. Imagine being a member of a team of businesses where they look for work for you!

It's an amazing concept, and we at Meridian cannot understand why every business owner is not begging to join. If you'd like to be receiving business referrals from Dave, or anyone else in our chapter, then why not come along to one of our meetings and find out more? Remember to bring a big pile of business cards!

Nigel Reynolds joins the elite 10%

On 16th March our trusted Chartered Accountant, Nigel Reynolds of Reynolds & Company was awarded Gold Member status by way of being awarded the Black BNI Badge.

Nigel is now a member of The Gold Club which is a program designed to recognize those members who have worked to build your BNI chapter. Only 10% of the people in BNI across the world have a Gold Club Membership.

Well done Nigel!

Because of this training day, there will be no chapter meeting for Meridian on this day. Meetings resume as normal next week on 16th March. However, for that day only, we will be in a different room - back near where the recent Big Breakfast was held - please look for signs or ask at reception.
